First chiropractic visit

It is not necessary. You can come even if you do not exactly know what you have. During the first visit, we carry out a complete assessment of your spine and nervous system, and from there we explain what is happening and how we can help you.

In most cases, yes. After the initial evaluation—history, tests, and postural assessment—we proceed with spinal correction in the same session, whenever your case allows it.

If you have recent medical tests (X-rays, MRIs, or reports), bring them: they help us better understand your case. Also, come wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely during the visit.

It depends on each case, and we always explain it clearly before you decide anything. What we do guarantee is that we do not impose fixed treatment plans: you decide how you want to continue with all the information on the table.
